Cynthia M. Rote “Cindy” received her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law. Originally from a small town in Stephenson County Illinois, Ms. Rote uses her small town work ethic to fight tirelessly for her clients.
Ms. Rote joined Delaney Law at its inception in 2003 as a law clerk and worked her way up to Managing Partner. Ms. Rote focuses her practice primarily on employment litigation, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, real estate, family law and business law.
Ms. Rote practices in State and Federal Court. Ms. Rote is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Appellate Court and the Federal Trial Bar.
Ms. Rote’s current practice extends throughout Northern Illinois from Stephenson County to Cook.
Her professional memberships include the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and US Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ms. Rote’s dog Quinn is at the office with her every day and happily greets clients as they walk in.
