William Delaney received his J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law where he also received a Certificate in International and Comparative Law with an emphasis on Business Transactions. In addition to his legal studies, he participated in a Syracuse University MBA program at Hong Kong University.
As the founding partner of the law firm Mr. Delaney focuses his practice primarily on litigation and corporate strategy. In addition to managing the firm, he advocates for a wide range of corporate and individual clients. He has been instrumental in developing and executing business strategies for corporations ranging from start up to multi-national enterprise level entities operating in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Delaney is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and successfully litigated throughout Illinois and across the country in Washington, Wisconsin and Florida.

Cynthia M. Rote received her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law. Ms. Rote joined Delaney Law at its inception as a law clerk and has been with the firm ever since. Ms. Rote focuses her practice primarily on real estate, family law, employment litigation, general civil litigation, corporate formation and City of Chicago licensing.
Ms. Rote practices in State and Federal Court and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Rote's current practice extends throughout Cook and Dupage County. Ms. Rote has prior experience in both Winnebago and Stephenson County in Illinois, and Dane County in Wisconsin.

Vincent Waller received his J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law where he also received his master's degree in tax law. Mr. Waller provides assistance and planning for the formation, purchase and sale, governance, financing, and tax issues of entrepreneurs in a range of occupations from restaurateurs to physicians to performing artists, representing them in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset/stock sales, and the overall structuring of their business relationships and joint ventures; bylaws, counseling on antitrust, regulatory, taxation, as well as ongoing legal representation.
Vincent Waller's experience also includes having represented civil and criminal clients at all ends of the litigation spectrum including motion practice and trial.
